Michael Rodrigues knew from an early age that he would turn his father’s business into a father-son team. He earned a technical college degree specializing in inspection training, and spent time working in the field of renovations – experience that further accelerated his developing competence in the inspection field.

Since graduating, Michael has assisted on hundreds of inspections, rapidly acquiring expertise by virtue of working with his father, an industry veteran. Working on these inspections, Michael has developed a detail-oriented approach that gives him a real knack for finding actual and potential problems in the buildings that he inspects.

Michael Rodrigues shares his father’s commitment to training and education on an ongoing basis, and makes a point of attending annual conferences for building inspectors where he can learn best practices and keep abreast of developments in the industry.
